Dear Clients,

The IAPMO Group has been closely monitoring the Coronavirus pandemic and has taken steps to protect the safety of our employees and others we work closely with.  We have suspended travel for our staff and committee members and will be conducting meetings digitally, when possible.  Other events, as you’ll see at our website, will be postponed until a later date when we have confidence we can all travel without fear of infection of COVID-19.

We have implemented a work from home policy, permitting many of our staff to conduct business remotely.  This policy is in effect through April 30, 2020.  If you continue to work with our staff during this time, we ask for your patience as we navigate through uncharted waters.  Staff may continue working at our various offices in California, Alabama,  Indonesia, India, and China.  You should be able to reach staff at their usual phone extension and email address. 

The product testing and conformity assessment business remains operational.  Our continuous compliance inspectors are working with customers to conduct inspections through virtual means, as necessary, and in-person, if safe.  Our laboratory staff will continue to conduct testing at our various laboratories located globally.  If this should change, you will be contacted by a staff member.
